Oseas (profeta)
Introducción Su profecía forma parte de una obra más extensa del canon judío llamada los doce libros proféticos. Su actividad profética, desarrollada en el reino de Samaria o del norte, se extiende aproximadamente de 752 a 725 a.C., durante el reinado de Jeroboam II, y hasta poco antes de la caída del reino de Samaria, en 721 a.C. Fue un periodo de gran agitación política tanto en el ámbito nacional como internacional.
